Start –run-Type Sevices.msc than press ok
- Find for Messenger services
- Double Click it ! change status from disabled to automatic if it is disabled.
- Press start button and finish the process.
- Open your command prompt
- Type the following net send Computer IP Here Message Over there then press Enter
