HTTPS Everywhere | protection against Firesheep attack

Firsheep add-on is an easiest method to hack facebook, Gmail or any other account over an unsecured wireless network.today I am going to say you how to protech yourself from this attack. This new trick is HTTPS Everywhere Firefox add-on
The Electronic Frontier Foundation developed HTTPS Everywhere before Firesheep came on the scene, but it’s revamped it to offer more robust protection against Firesheep snooping.

Many websites offer limited support for encryption over HTTPS, but they make it difficult to use. They may default to unencrypted HTTP, or fill encrypted pages with links that go back to the unencrypted site. The HTTPS Everywhere extension fixes these problems by rewriting all requests to these sites to HTTPS. HTTPS Everywhere alters browsing so that your default connection is no longer unencrypted http but the more secure, encrypted https whenever a site offers that capability.

restriction:
HTTPS Everywhere can protect you only when you’re using sites that support HTTPS and for which HTTPS Everywhere includes rules
